Our SynaptiQ Solar support team can take over the full integration of your monitoring software with your solar PV installations. Based on a quick scan of existing on-site data collection devices (SCADA, data loggers, inverters, meteo stations, sensors, security systems…), we develop required communication protocols, and set up, configure and test connections.
We deliver introductory and advanced training on SynaptiQ Solar features and possibilities. All training modules can be delivered remotely, on client premises or at 3E.
Asset management technical assistance
In addition to full SynaptiQ customer care and support in standard solar PV O&M tasks, 3E provides additional asset management assistance that can be ordered ‘à la carte’ by our clients.
We deliver in particular (non-exhaustive list):
- Remote configuration of data loggers
- On-site installation and configuration of data loggers
- On-site analysis and optimization of communication devices
- Daily system performance follow-up or coordination of O&M interventions with client O&M teams
- Monthly performance reporting
- Monthly assessment of O&M activities
Our expert solar PV consulting team is available to SynaptiQ clients for analyses, inspections or assessments of their solar PV plants.
