GreenWish Partners and Senergy  are developing a 20 MW solar PV in the rural community of Bokhol in Senegal. The project entails financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a 20 MW ground mounted solar PV plant connected to the grid. The project benefits from a 20 year Power Purchase Agreement with the National utility of Senegal, SENELEC, following a “Take or Pay” scheme. 3E is providing technical advisory including:
