Alcazar Energy is a Dubai-based independent power producer focused on renewable energy generation across the META region (Middle East, Turkey and Africa). Their mission is the development, acquisition and operation of renewable energy projects with a focus on Solar PV and onshore Wind.
Created in February 2014, the company has the objective to assist in the region’s strive for the diversification and further increase of the energy generation with investments that have an enterprise value in excess of USD 1bn [>500MW]. In this sense Alcazar Energy is currently developing, constructing and operating Wind and Solar PV projects in amongst others in Jordan, Turkey, Pakistan and Egypt.
In order to maintain this rapid growth, Alcazar Energy has selected 3E as a Technical Advisory partner with whom they have signed a framework agreement. Within the frame of this agreement 3E will assist Alcazar Energy during pre- and post-financial transactions across their pipeline of projects, technologies and geographies.
